Welcome to The Health Heads page!

We are a twenty-something couple living a healthy, active lifestyle whilst currently teaching in South Korea.

Stephen hails from Ireland. He is a registered personal trainer with an honours degree in exercise and health studies… and the brains behind the Health Heads. These days, he’s a competitive runner, personal trainer, team fitness coach, and fitness advisor to friends and family. He spends his time practicing what he preaches!

Catherine is from Toronto, Canada and has become an exercise enthusiast over the past few years! In the past, she tried the diet and exercise fads which just led to confustion and frustration. Since meeting and learning from Steve, she has discovered a love of exercise and being healthy. She now enjoys running, hiking, healthy food, and deadlifts!

There is so much conflicting information out there, it’s no wonder so many people are confused and not getting the results they desire! True health and fitness takes knowledge, time and consistency; NOT crash diets and extreme exercise routines. We know- we’ve been there, done that!

We hope this blog will shed some light on long-term health and fitness. We want to put an end to the fitness and health fads that only lead to frustration.

Being fit and healthy doesn’t have to be a stressful process, once you know what to do and how to do it!
